Join Tifft Nature Preserve and the Buffalo Museum of Science at Erie Canal Harbor at Canalside - Central Wharf to celebrate 150 Years of Buffalo Science!  Tifft plays an important role in Buffalo’s industrial past.

Examine real artifacts found at Tifft to investigate what has taken place at Tifft during the last 200 years.

FREE. No pre-registration required.  Drop-in program.

Nature’s where it’s at for summertime fun!  Games, crafts, a hike and more help to foster the nature explorer in your child ages 3-5.  Healthy and kid-friendly snacks provided too!

Non-members: $8 per session per child and adult, $4 additional children with the same adult.  Buffalo Museum of Science Members save 10%. Pre-registration required.

Drop in and join Friends of Tifft for a guided tour of the preserve. A $2 donation per person suggested.

For all ages! Media loves to portray spiders, bats and snakes as creepy crawlies that are not so nice, but everything in nature has a good side. Join Friends of Tifft as we discover the facts (and fiction) about some of these not-so-beloved creatures!  $3 per person; $10 maximum per family. Free for FOT Members.
