Drop in and join Friends of Tifft for a guided tour of the preserve. A $2 donation per person suggested. 

Join Tifft Nature Preserve and the Buffalo Museum of Science at Erie Canal Harbor at Canalside - Central Wharf to celebrate 150 Years of Buffalo Science!   Tifft plays an important role in Buffalo’s industrial past.

Examine real artifacts found at Tifft to investigate what has taken place at Tifft during the last 200 years.

Nature is full of wonder! Come explore it with your little one at Tifft Nature Preserve! Nature games, crafts, hikes and more. Snacks provided.  9:30-11:30am. Ages 3-5. $8 per child and adult, $4 additional child with same adult. Members save 10%. Pre-registration required

For all ages! Media loves to portray spiders, bats and snakes as creepy crawlies that are not so nice, but everything in nature has a good side. Join Friends of Tifft as we discover the facts (and fiction) about some of these not-so-beloved creatures!  $3 per person; $10 maximum per family. Free for FOT Members.

Bring your rod and reel for a day of fishing Tifft Nature Preserve's Lake Kirsty, which is connected to Lake Erie! Sunfish, bass, carp, and perch can be caught.

Prizes, refreshments for sale, and educational exhibits will be available. Free hot dog lunch provided.
