Come join the Friends of Schodack Island State Park in celebrating I Love My Park Day. I Love My Park Day is an exciting new statewide event to improve and enhance New York's parks and historic sites and bring visibility to the entire park system and its needs.
The volunteer event will be from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. and volunteers will meet at the Knox Farm entrance. Volunteers are encouraged to bring safety glasses and gloves if available. A school group from the Buffalo area will be in attendance and will provide water and hot dogs!
