Founded in 1987 our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization stands poised on the frontlines of wildlife education so future generations may enjoy the wonders of nature. We hold 16 state and federal licenses and have earned international award and accreditation from the International Association of Avian Trainers & Educators, the Feline Conservation Federation, and The Association of Sanctuaries and were named Blue Planet Hero by National Geographic. We have been featured on PBS, Rachel Ray, Conan O’Brien, and CBS. Hawk Creek reaches over 250,000 children and adults each year through live wildlife educational programming for schools, senior centers, libraries, corporations, public events, and many other venues. It delivers engaging curriculum reinforcement for our community’s children and provides uncommon access to the natural world for all audiences, including those with limited resources or mobility.
