At the Waste & Pollution Working Group, Karl Czymmek from Cornell's Pro Dairy Program and Sharon Bachman, Community Educator with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County, will talk about SPEDES permit requirements for Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs) and the general state of waste and pollution control on farms in WNY, and in Erie County in particular.
