wny_close-up_3Overview

As a Great Lakes region, Western New York (WNY) is home to great natural resources and an incredible built heritage, but unfortunately, much of what is here has been lost and what remains is threatened.  WNY organizations have formed the WNY Environmental Alliance (the Alliance) to work together to address the numerous environmental issues we face in our region. Each environmental topic has a Working Group that meets regularly.

People are invited to get involved with the effort to protect and restore our regional environment by participating in the Alliance Working Groups.
