  • Helped establish State Green and Sustainable Purchasing Program
  • Helped establish NYS Pollution Prevention Institute to help business and industry reduce toxic chemical use and releases and advance Green Chemistry options.
  • Fought for strong State toxic waste cleanup programs—Superfund and Brownfield.
  • Supported development of Interstate Chemical Clearinghouse, currently working with 10 state environmental agencies to advance safer chemicals policies

    I had a question about mowing down wet lands on private property. Is this legal? My neighbor mowed a small wet land home of many red winged black birds. Karen Donlon.
