Mission: Increase voter registration and turnout at polls by providing accurate, non-partisan information on elections and the political process

Vision: Empower citizens through advocacy and education about public policy concerns

Key Achievements:

  • Creating citizens who are informed and prepared to answer questions of local, regional and national concern through candidate debates, issue forums, community dialogues, voter guides, on-line discussions
  • Transportation and Waterfront Committee works to promote mass transportation and the preservation of nature and public access on the Outer Harbor
  • Active locally in working to mitigate GHG emissions at the municipal level responsible for climate change
