​Anything that falls into these four categories that happens in WNY will be shared, discussed, and experimented with.

Vision: Food is meant to be savored. The pleasures of growing, dishing and eating food that is created with deliberateness using healthy and sustainably raised plants and animals, helps to build community, celebrate our diverse cultures and revel in the bounty found regionally.

Key Achievements:

  • The Dharma Kitchen and the Prana Pantry Project was featured in Buffalo Rising.
  • SOLE of Buffalo was a featured vendor at The Taste of Diversity.
  • Our first Hub Raiser made enough to cover our 501(c)(3) application and administration costs! Our application is being processed by the IRS now.
